In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal data protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDPGDD) and Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (RGPD) we hereby you that:
2.1. Identification of the controller

2.2. General purpose of processing
We will use data to provide you with the services you request and to send information by email or regular mail. The details you provide us with on the forms you will find on the website, those you send to our email address and those which may be generated while maintaining a relationship with the data controller will be included, as you transfer them, in the database owned by the data controller.
The legal grounds for this processing is the contractual relationship you maintain with the data controller and the consent you grant upon accepting this notice.

The treatment of these images is legitimized by the consent of the affected party or parties or pursuant to Article 8 ofOrganic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the protection of the right to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one’s own image.
2.4. Categories of recipient
To comply with the above purposes, the following will have access to your data:
- The staff responsible for data processing, duly authorized by the parish Rector.
- Suppliers needed to comply with your request.
- The public authorities in the scope of their powers.

2.5. International transfer of data
To perform its functions, the parish does not transfer or deposit data outside the European Union.
2.6. Period of retention of information
The parish will retain your information until you revoke your consent when accepting this clause.
2.7. Rights as an affected party
You are entitled to exercise your right to access your personal data, amend and delete them, limit their treatment, object to the proposed treatment, and you expressly consent to the possibility of the portability of your information under the terms provided in the legislation and, particularly, the LOPDPGDD and the LSSI. 2.8. Right to claim
The body authorized to rule as to the proper application of the regulations governing data processing is the Spanish Data Protection Authority, established at Calle Jorge Juan, 6, Madrid.
2.9. Duties of the affected party
Please provide us with all the information we request and ensure that it truthfully reflects your current situation. If you refuse to provide such, we will not be able to attend to you duly, and the affected party will be solely responsible for the breach of this obligation.
2.10. Profiling
In order to fulfil the goals of the parish, and, above all to attend to the user more personally, precisely and efficiently, it is sometimes necessary to create profiles of service recipients. Under no circumstances is profiling performed automatically.
3. USER CONSENT
The user is understood to accept the conditions established when pressing the ‘ACCEPT’ button found in all data collection forms, or when sending a message by email.
Personal data are stored in the parish general administration database which, in any case, ensures the technical and organizational measures to preserve the integrity and security of the information in question.
4. SECURITY
The general database is provided with the mandatory general security document and has established all the technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access to and theft of the data you provide to us.
The processing of personal data is in line with the regulations established in Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal data protection and guarantee of digital rights and its implementing regulations.

A user browsing this site leaves as a trace their IP address, which has been assigned by their Internet service provider. This address is used only for internal purposes, such as statistics on access to the Portal.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The domain owner is the title holder of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, and of all its content, so that any reproduction, distribution and public communication of all or part of its content is expressly prohibited without the express permission of the Rector.
9. LIABILITY
The domain owner shall not be held liable for any damages that may result from telephone interference or failures, disconnections in the electronic system, the presence of computer viruses, malware or any other factor beyond its control.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the domain owner and the user will be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
